Trust our experienced team

Years of know-how: The total company service of our staff comes to nearly 150 years, with senior managers and engineers all having been in the business for over 20 years. This continuity means our people operate as a highly trained team-which translates into quality work you can rely on.

Fully staffed

We have some 16 engineers and support staff, with most based in our Engine Shop in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Management commitment

Richard Boddie, who still enjoys significant other business interests, bought Norvic in October 2008. Alongside a substantial injection of new capital, Richard brought a fresh approach-a commitment to customer service and, most importantly, delivery times. The company's determination to deliver excellence is a driving force of which Norvic people are justifiably proud.

Dear Malik & John, we would like to thank your team for the very professional engines you have overhauled for our Cessna and Piper fleet.  I would also say that the aircraft have gained an extra 4 knots in speed! ...and achieving TBO without any problems so far. Also no oil leaks and very balanced engines.  Thank You, Singh and Shonu.

Technical strength

With 45 years of experience between them, our management team set Norvic's high standards of technical capability and workmanship:

  • Talat Malik (General Manager / Quality Manager)
  • Jon Howard (Deputy General Manager)

"Whatever the engine, we treat every job with the same passion for quality and painstaking attention to detail. We are committed to providing professionally overhauled and repaired engines that not only comply with the latest airworthiness directives and service bulletins, but also deliver superbly efficient performance. Coupled with this, we aim to provide the quickest turnaround in the UK industry. This way, we help our customers minimise their costly downtime and see a real return on investment from their finished engines."

Building for the future

We are proud to offer training to Norvic's high standards through our apprentice programme. We took on our first apprentice in 2009, with more planned as our business grows.

Norvic's strength comes from their combined workforce experience—which gives consistent quality—and their ability to deliver within a time frame.
